Answer: Judas Iscariot
Interesting Tidbit: "Iscariot" likely means "man of Kerioth," a town in Judah, making Judas possibly the only non-Galilean among the twelve apostles. Jesus called him "the son of perdition" (destruction), and John's gospel notes that Satan entered into Judas before the betrayal. He returned the thirty pieces of silver and hanged himself.
